With a vivacious voice and heart to match, don’t let her petite 5’2” frame fool you. Coline Creuzot is making her mark in the music industry and in full control. Hailing from the Lone Star State of Texas, the Houston native is infecting listeners from the moment they press play. The Sony ATV Singer/Songwriter is delivering R&B with heartfelt lyrics and a nostalgic blend of 90’s Hip-Hop/Soul and Pop. From the early age of three years old, Coline was a little girl with big dreams. Rather than playing with dolls or outside, Coline knew then that she wanted to perform. She could be found on Sunday mornings leading her church choir in song or acting in a play. “My mom was the musician in the family. She was actually in a cool band in the 70’s,” says Coline. “I have two brothers that can sing really well! We all got it. Although my mom did not continue to pursue her music career past high school, it was something that I have always loved and wanted to dedicate my life to.”
By the age of ten, Coline began to write songs and even performed at a couple of local competitions. Throughout high school, Coline continued to write and perform; she would later attend Hampton University and receive a degree in Business Management. Upon graduation at Hampton, Coline moved back to Houston to pursue her music career full-time. While in Houston, Coline collaborated with Houston producer Happy Perez (Miguel, Frank Ocean, Janelle Monae) on her hit song, “Give-And-Take”. Shortly thereafter, the song peaked at #1 on Houston radio. With the success of “Give-And-Take”, Coline was able to hit the road and open up for industry heavyweights such as Drake, T-Pain, David Banner, T.I. and Keyshia Cole at the Best Buy Theatre in New York City. As her profile continued to rise, Coline caught the attention of EMI. In 2011, Coline signed a publishing deal with EMI (now Sony ATV).

“When I signed with EMI, I felt so blessed and so thankful!” states Coline. “That deal changed my life in so many ways. I have been able to grow so much as an artist and a writer, and I have been able to make some great relationships with producers and other writers as well. Being a writer had given me the freedom to step outside the box and really evolve.”
In November 2012, Coline released her EP Acapella Now to rave reviews. The EP was recognized by Vibe Magazine, Pynk Magazine and Singersroom to name a few. Critics noted how well Coline’s writing and producer Happy’s production style married. Fast forward to 2014; Coline is working on her new EP due out around April next year. The EP features the leadoff single, “U Tried It” produced and co-written by Drew “Druski” Scott (Fantasia, Zendaya, Dawn Richard, Michelle Williams) and features production from longtime collaborator Happy Perez and Troy “Radio” Johnson.
