London artist Sam Sure is a name you should get to know. The Black Butter Records signee has released “Cracks,” his new single that deals with the trials of relationships and break-ups. There’s usually that one song that reminds us of someone, but Sam Sure just can’t stop thinking about her, no matter what he hears. He’s currently on tour with Years & Years, and on a label that boasts the likes of Rudimental, Clean Bandit and Gorgon City.
One of the most highly-anticipated singer/songwriters in the London scene, Sam Sure’s debut single ‘Hunger’ clashes electronica and a compulsive melody with some of the sharpest lyricism to come out this year. Sam’s unique sound has attracted the attention of some of electronic music’s finest – getting selected as Annie Mac’s “Next Hype” in May for his feature on the recent TCTS track ‘You’ – a song that quickly presented his talents as a wordsmith and cemented his name as a bonafide ‘one-to-watch’.
