Luke Conard – Better When You’re Gone

In August of 2011, Luke released his first solo album, 301 Views. He is also involved in the bands ALL CAPS with Kristina Horner, Ministry of Magic (a wizard rock band), and The Oceanic Six (along with Alex Carpenter and Jason Munday). From Iowa, born and raised, Luke spent most of his days on the playground. He would chill and relax and look very cool and shot some music videos right after school. A few guys who apparently were up to no good made some trouble near the local Home Goods. He got into a little fright and his mother, Becky, got scared and said, “Luke, move with your friends to the town called L.A.” He got a cab, and when it got near, the plates said FRESH and there were bikes going near.

He said that he thought that the cab was rare, but he shoved it aside and yelled, “YO, TO L.A.” He pulled up to Echo Base around 7 past 8 and he yelled back to Philly, “YO HOMES, SMELL YA LATER”. He looked at the house and said, “IM FINALLY HERE!” then he went inside and sat on the porcelain chair.

Luke Conard – Better When You’re Gone (Official Music Video)

Luke Conard – Better When You’re Gone Lyrics:
Right now I wanna free fall
And not think of you anymore
But I cant help it
No I cant help it
Cause If I spoke the truth
The whole time I just wanted you
And that sweet smile
Ill miss your sweet smile
Even when you’re telling me
Ill be strong, stronger when you’re gone
I can’ tkeep holding
I cant hold on
So when it hurts
Think of what came first
When we tried to make it work
But ill be better when you’re gone
Better when you’re gone
I’ll be better when you’re gone
Why does all that I do
Always remind me of you?
I cant escape it
Don’t want to escape it
just give me one more day
One more day of you and me
when I close my eyes
I wont sleep tonight
Cause your words ring in my ears
The words you said are still haunting me
So tonight, I’ll hope for better dreams
Where I’ll be strong, you’ll be wrong
And I’ll finally have the strength to say
That I’m better now you’re gone
better now you’re gone
So much better now you’re gone
Better now you’re gone.
