Noel Franklin Jr., better known by his stage name London, is an American singer-songwriter from Oakland, California. London is currently working on his debut studio album, “Londonland”. On August 2013, he released the lead single “Higher”. Coming out of Oakland, R&B signer London is looking to make a mark with his smooth, drawn-out vibe.
