Honne proved to be one of the more intriguing acts to emerge during the second half of 2014, remaining elusive and mysterious while releasing a handful of sultry, nocturnal confessionals. Turns out, the London-based duo was just warming up; “Coastal Love” is the first song pulled from an upcoming EP, out May 4th via their own label, Tatemae Records. Honne impressed everyone a couple of months ago with their ridiculously good single, The Night, racking up over a million plays on soundcloud. With this newfound attention and excitement on them, they continue to build good-will with their listeners by releasing Coastal Love, their first single off of their upcoming Ep.
Showing off a brighter sound, probably since their on the coast now, they pick up the pace allowing this song to groove much more than their past tracks. Showing off a wide palette in their sound, and not settling for the same repeat process of music making they produce something equally as enjoyable, still with similar feelings as The Night, and warrants a growing fan base.

R&B duo Honne (Andy and James) have followed up their soulful hit “Warm On A Cold Night,” with a new single titled “Coastal Love.” The breezy track hits home with a vibey, tropical beat as Andy and guest vocalist Wilsen sing of more temperate climates than New York City. The track will be released on Honne’s upcoming EP on their label, Tatemae Records.
