“Happy With Me” is the lead single of an EP that will likely never see the light of day before a label snatches these guys up. It kicks off with multi-tracked vocals that are fit for a Dirty Projectors chorus before dipping into a Calexico-meets-Caribbean beat that drives the song forward. What gets me excited about the future of this band are two things: this isn’t the best track on their EP and they’re one focused session with a prime producer away between bridging the gap between Santigold and CHVRCHES.
