Catfish and The Bottlemen are four lads from Llandudno who play loud, explosive, sexy rock and roll songs. Full of guitars and energy with tunes about regular stuff. Comprising Van McCann (21 – lead vocals/guitar), Billy Bibby (23 – lead guitar), Benji Blakeway (23 – bass) and Bob Hall (20 – drums), the Bottlemen played over 100 shows last year in the UK and Europe. Bumping into Carl Barat in Germany he invited them to play his weekly club Jubilee in London, they supported The Wombats to a rapturous reception in Liverpool, they charmed The Vaccines when they dragged them to a gig in Cardiff and kicked off 2012 with a sold out sweaty show at Club NME at Koko.
